I charge a flat fee depending on your location and your purchase criteria. This means you don’t pay more if you spend more. I will outline the prices after the Free initial consultation which will help me to understand your requirements and complexity of work. Prices will be custom quoted based on each buyers requirements and situation.
You pay a small fee to engage our services, which covers our initial costs in preparing your buying strategy and shortlisting properties on your behalf. When you successfully purchase a property, the remainder of the fee is payable.
Buyers Agents won’t provide financing directly, a good buyers agent can often recommend trusted mortgage brokers or lenders to help you find the best financing options.
